SAKURAI SHO IN NEW YORK!

Dear mother of all that it's good and kind,

Sakurai Sho (ARASHI) will be in New York along with Miike Takashi for the world premiere of "Yatterman" on FEB.6.
Friends all over USA, specially NY, Sho it's going to answer questions from 4pm at the Comic Com New York, please go, go and take amazing photos of Sho and get a chance to hear him speak in person... in english?

Remember, FEB.6. 16HS, COMIC COM NEW YORK, SAKURAI SHO!

Ah... the movie starts at 5pm.

Please go as I think this would be your best chance, unless Sho gets invited to the Toronto Film Festival?

But then, that would be around concert time ne? And since its the 10th anniversary, I think the con would be something special...

Yea, I loved his work on Crows Zero ^_^

Hmm I'm pretty I'm going to go, tickets are only $30 to get into the Con, which isn't bad. I still have to figure out details though ^_^

Actually, it's not totally confirmed that the film will be starting at 5PM. To add, it wont be screened in IGN.com Theatre. Only the Panel will be there.

This is information I got from e-mail a staff member of NYCC too so I'm not just assuming. As suggested by the fellow that replied to my e-mail and on the web page itself -- head to the Nikkatsu Booth ASAP when doors open.

ALSO: The convention isn't open to attendees until 1PM. So you might want to line up early. I'm going to be there at some obscene time so I don't miss the ruckus. ^o^

Yea I noticed they said to go to the Nikkatsu Booth for the screening info but I'm guessing that means it will be open to the public right? I've never done this kind of stuff before so all the details to me are unclear but all I know is that i WILL see Sho no matter what!

Quick question! So, you have to pay the $30 for the ticket to the Comic Con, but do you have to pay anything extra for the movie screening? Also, can you purchase Comic Con tickets at the place or do they have to be purchased ahead of time?
