Aiba Masaki Video

Ok, I have no idea if this is true or not but my friend and I were searching for arcade videos and we ran across this video. Apparently this is a fan made video of Aiba Masaki playing a bike arcade game (my friend translated the Japanese text for me).  Also we need to know where this arcade is, so if you live in Japan and you know where this place is or what the name of it is, please tell me. I am not trying to stalk Aiba or anything, but my friend wants to go to this arcade.  This is not my video, its just one I randomly found on youtube and I wanted to share.
