some technical issues ;_;

hey fellow fangirls!! was wondering if i could ask you for some help for technical issues that i am facing when watching the concert DVDs.

I am now watching The Digitalian DVD which has been kindly subbed, and I am so grateful that it has been subbed it so quickly with such amazing effects :)) However, I am unable to listen to the audio and I have no idea why. The video plays perfectly though! It feels like I am watching a silent concert (gosh, that is so painful T_T)

I am using a new Macbook (OS X Yosemite, ver. 10. 10. 4) and I use QuickTime Player to watch the videos. I joined the files using Split&Concat. Would really really appreciate any help and advice such that I can hear their beautiful voices once again~ Thank you!!
